1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Pre-orders began on October 7, 2024 but the calendars became available to ship on November 1, 2024. For all new orders, we process and ship it within 1-2 business days. After shipping, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States, depending on your location. All orders are shipped via UPS. Please note that during peak holiday seasons or promotional events, shipping times may be slightly extended due to high demand.
2. How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the UPS Tracking Website. If you have not received your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer support team.
3. What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, damaged products, or other discrepancies, please reach out to our customer service team at srcalendars@integrityxd.com. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and efficiently. To assist us in processing your request, please include your order number and a brief description of the problem, along with any relevant photos (if applicable).
4. What if my order did not arrive?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, we recommend the following steps:
● Step 1: Check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. Sometimes, UPS may mark packages as "delivered" before they arrive, but that is because they delivered to a local USPS to make the final home delivery. Your package may still be in transit.
● Step 2: Verify that your shipping address is correct by reviewing your order confirmation email.
● Step 3: Look around your property or check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to a different location.
● Step 4: Contact your local USPS office for additional information regarding your
package’s status. If you still cannot locate your package after following these steps, please contact us at srcalendars@integrityxd.com. We will gladly assist in tracking down your order or providing a suitable resolution.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, which means there is a limited window to make changes or cancellations. If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as your order may have already been processed for shipping.
6. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future. Please stay tuned for updates!
7. Can I return or exchange my calendar?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your calendar, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the calendar is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
